No Client Relationship Until We Agree in Writing

Scheduling and Communications

Consultations are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. By submitting a form or scheduling a call, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry.

Free Resources

Our free guides, checklists, and templates are for your own personal or internal business use. Please don't resell, republish, or distribute them as your own without our written permission.

Client Portal

Current clients access the secure client portal under the terms of their client agreement and the portal provider's own terms. Keep your login private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

Intellectual Property

The Site's text, design, logo, graphics, and photos are owned by Balanced Bookkeeping LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

QuickBooks, Square, Toast, Clover, Restaurant365, and other product names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them describes systems we work with and does not mean those companies endorse us.
